New Year’s Group Dog Walk
Sat 26 January 2019 | 2:00 pm - 4:00 pmFree
The organising team at Newham Dog Community is excited to announce the first meet up of 2019 on SATURDAY 26 JANUARY in West Ham Park, at the tea/coffee station just beyond the main entrance gate at 2pm.
The main gate can be seen on the map here https://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/things-to-do/green-spaces/west-ham-park/Documents/west-ham-park-map.pdf
It’s a great opportunity to socialise our pups and meet or catch up with the rest of the pack members (dogs and humans). The weather won’t be tropical, so wrap up warm! The group will be by the tea/coffee station for a few minutes, but then will start to walk around the park – so as not to block the entrance. If you’re late just look out for the pack and come join!
*Note – We encourage responsible dog ownership. We’ll have lots of poop bags available as well as print outs of the guidelines for dogs in West Ham Parks (detailing restricted areas etc).
We welcome all dogs to join us, grumpy or chill, but do take all of the usual precautions to keep your dog safe, friendly and controlled. If your dog needs space for any reason, please let us know at the beginning of the walk and you’ll be given a beautiful yellow bow for your pup to wear to help everyone enjoy the afternoon!
