DOGA – Yoga For You and Your Dog (CANCELLED)
Sat 21 March 2020 | 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm£25
Join a Doga session at the Lodge.space in Canada Water, on Saturday March 21st from 4 – 5.30 pm.
Doga is mainly for humans but it’s a great way for you as a dog owner to strengthen the bond that already exists between you and your dog. If you’re stressed and tense, your dog will pick up on it and it will show in their behavior. Yoga is a great way to relieve this tension and Doga helps to make your dog feel relaxed while also spending extra time with them.
It helps you both to get the exercise you need by getting up and moving as well as teaching your dog important relaxation techniques to help them stay calm in their everyday lives. Doga is a fun fitness class to attend and will help you both to feel more confident. The best thing about Doga is that you no longer have to worry about leaving your dog at home while you attend a yoga class!
