On Saturday 24th Apr 2021, 11:00 – 12:30, at St James’s Church’s Garden in Clerkenwell, the founder of doga (dog yoga) in the UK, Doga Mahny, will host a DOGA & Sound Gong Bath.
This live event will take place as a outdoor yoga session for the you and your dog which according to government guidelines. This event is suitable for all dogs, large ,medium and small dogs. This event is suitable for kids and non-dog owners.
Doga Mahny will be running a 60min human yoga session in which we involve our dogs. The session will be followed with a sound healing bath which helps soothe your central nervous system as well as your dog. Benefits of Gong baths: Gong baths are highly rejuvenating for the body and bring about an overall sense of relaxation and well-being, which can reduce stress, as well as help develop a better ability to cope with stress. They may also encourage greater overall stillness and contentment in our daily lives.
